Important Notes

  • Transaction Coordinator requires 48 hours for MLS Input and 72 hours for Full Listing Launch.

  • The Transaction Coordinator may input property details based on tax records, prior listings, and/or deed information. The agent is responsible for verifying all listing information for accuracy.

  • Transaction Coordinator will not make the listing live.

  • Transaction Coordinator does not make instantaneous changes to listings. If immediate changes are required, the agent will need to handle them directly.
