Important Notes

Transaction Coordinator requires 48 hours for MLS Input and 72 hours for Full Listing Launch.

The Transaction Coordinator may input property details based on tax records, prior listings, and/or deed information. The agent is responsible for verifying all listing information for accuracy.

Transaction Coordinator will not make the listing live.

Transaction Coordinator does not make instantaneous changes to listings. If immediate changes are required, the agent will need to handle them directly.
